Easy Tzatziki

Ingredients
Sour Cream, reduced fat, 2 cup Cucumber (with peel)1 cucumber Garlic, 1 clove (remove)Lemon Juice, 1 fl oz Dill weed, dried, 2 tbsp
Directions
Grate cucumber, mince garlic, add all ingrediant together. Mint can be sustitued for the dill.

NOTE: Tzatziki gets better the longer it can sit, so you can put it in the fridge for up to 24 hours prior to serving.

Serving = 1 tbsp
