Mexican Lazagna

1 pound extra lean ground turkey1 large sweet red pepper.5 cup of chopped onion.25 cup of diced green chili's(canned)1 pack Old El Paso taco seasoning 40% less sodium3 - 8" Misson flour tortillas6 Tbsp Old El Paso taco sauce2 cups Kraft Free shredded cheddar cheese4 Tbsp Tostitos salsa con queso8 Tbsp fat free sour cream4 tsp fresh chopped chives
makes 4 servings
saute red peppers and onions until soft. Add in turkey and chilis. When meet is no longer pink, follow instructions on taco seasoning package.Lightly spray the bottom of a pie pan with non stick cooking spray.Put 1 tortilla in pie pan. Spread turkey mixture over tortilla. Spread 2 Tbsp taco sauce over mixture. Sprinkle about .5 cups of cheese over mixture. Put 1 tortilla over cheese. Repeat with mixture, taco sauce, and cheese. Take the last tortilla and spread 4 Tbsp of salsa con queso on one side. Put queso side down on top of last layer. On top of the tortilla, repeat mixture, taco suace, and cheese layers. Put aluminum foil over dish. Bake on 350 degrees for 25 minutes.( cheese should be melted and hot all the way through) Top with sour cream and chives.
