Tracy's Kickin Chicken Salad

Ingredients
2 large skinless chicken breasts, boiled1 cup each onions (i prefer red), celery and grapes (chop in half)2 jalapeno peppers, seeded and diced4 tbsp fat free mayo1 dash salt1 dash pepper (i also like to use creole seasoning at times instead of salt and pepper)1 cup (approx 2 large hardboiled eggs) diced
Directions
Boil chicken breasts till no longer pink and chop into medium size pieces and put in mixing bowl. Seed and dice jalapenos (wear gloves!) and put in bowl with chicken. Chop and add rest of veggies and eggs. Add salt and pepper or creole seasoning. Add mayo and blend well. Serve as desired.
