Bison and Beef Meat Loaf

Ingredients
bison, ground beef, arugula, mushrooms, olive oil, egg, bread crumbs, garlic
Directions
Heat olive oil in a frying pan. Gently cook arugula and mushrooms add chopped garlic to taste. Cook until aurgula is wilted. Cool slightly. Mix with remaining ingredients. Place about 1/2 cup mixture in each muffin tin. Or form in individual servings and cook. Cook until internal temperature is 170.
