Directions
1 pound box of pasta of choice ( I use elbows or rotini)1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded1/2 cup monterey jack cheese, shredded1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated1 cup milksalt and pepper to taste
Prepare pasta according to directions on the box. Drain well. To same pot add milk and cheeses and whisk to melt.
Return pasta to pot and mix thoroughly.
Salt and pepper to taste.
Makes roughly 6-8 1 cup servings
