Garlic powder, 1 tbsp (remove) Turmeric, ground, 0.25 tbsp (remove) Salt, 0.50 tsp (remove) Sunflower Oil, 1 1tsp (remove) Carrots, raw, 1 large (7-1/4" to 8-1/2" long) (remove) Onions, raw, 0.50 slice, thin (remove) Peas, fresh, 0.25 cup (remove) Potato, raw, 1 medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia.) (remove) Hot chile pepers, 1 pepper (remove) Egg white, 1 serving (remove) Green Beans French style, 0.50 cup (remove) Whole Wheat Flour, 0.50 cup (remove)
Pressure cook all the vegetables together and mashed it.
Heat 1tbsp oil in a pan, add the chopped onion and garlic
Once it is done add the hot chillies and turmeric and spices and mix
everything together and cook for 1 mins.
Now add the mashed vegetables and salt and the chopped mint(3 0r 4 leaves)
dont add water to it . allow to cook for 3-4 min and remove from fire . make small lemon size balls from the mixture. then put it into the egg while and then into the flour . after you finish put it all into the oven until it become brown. you can eat a side dish.
