Ingredients
4 Chickn breast fillets1 Tin apricot halves(optional)1 Tin Apricot nectar2 packets French onion soup mix (low salt)
Directions
serves four
coat breast pieces in 1 packet of soup mix and shake to remove excess.
place in oven proof casserole dish
add apricot halves"( not juice from tin)
place Apricot nectar and second packet of soup mix in small saucepan and stir over medium heat until thickened. pour over chicken and place in moderate oven for half an hour or until chicken is cooked. turn once.
Serve with rice or mashed potatoes.

    The first few bites were very tasty, but after that it just tasted kind of weird. Also I would recommend not using the apricot halves. I liked it okay, but wouldn't make it again. - 2/1/09
