Ham & Vegetable Soup

Ingredients
1 cup diced ham, 11% fat6 whole large tomatoes (3" in diameter)2 large carrots, diced1 large stalk of celery, diced1 medium onion, chopped5 large potatoes, diced1 can of yellow sweet corn (12 oz.)5-6 cups of water (as needed to thin soup)Salt (optional)Pepper (optional)
Directions
Put all ingredients into a soup pot, bring to a boil, reduce heat to low and cook until all vegetables are done (about an hour).

Makes 10 1-cup servings.
