Egg White Omlet

Ingredients
Liquid egg white 3/4 cup, Green and red bell peppers 5 thin slices chopped, Red onion 2 thin slices chappoed, any kind of squash 1/4 cup chopped, Turkey bacon 2 slices chopped, 1/8 cup of chopped fresh or frozen spinach.
Directions
Chop all vegetables into small 1/4 or less cubes, spray fry pan with Pam and cook for for 4-5 minutes.. Chop bacon into small pieces and microwave for 30 - 45 seconds. Spray small omelet pan with pam, wait until pan is hot and pour in egg whites. Cook until most liquid is gone and you can turn over. After turning over put all cooked ingredients on 1/2o of the egg white and flip the other 1/2 over the top. Serve with 3 stalks of Romaine lettuce 2 slices of tomatoes and 1/2 of avocado. Serves 1 person
