Ingredients
16 ounces ground beef, 90% lean3/4 cup Jiffy baking mix8 ounces cottage cheese, 2%1 egg1/2 cup onion, chopped1/4 cup water3/4 cup shredded cheddar1 T worcestershire sauce
Directions
brown beef. Add onions and simmer for 5 minutes. Mix in Worcestershire and add pepper to taste.
Mix baking mix with water to make a dough. Roll out to fit 9 in pie pan. Place in pan and pat in place.
Beat egg and mix with cottage cheese.
Put meat mixture in pie. Put cottage cheese mixture on top. Sprinkle cheddar on last. Bake for 30 to 40 minutes in a 350 degree oven. Makes 4 servings.
