This is the most FATTENING-tasting lower calorie dish I've made from Sparks. It is absolutely delicious, and my husband RAVED about it, wanting to know why I was off my eating plan but when I was going to make it again! The gravy is so rich and smooth I couldn't believe it. - 2/5/09

This was good! I did not feel like I was eating something low calorie. My sauce did not come out as thick as I would have liked so I might add a little more cornstarch next time. I served over noodles. This makes a lot of sauce per serving. - 8/17/12
