Easy Chinese Chicken & Rice

Ingredients
1/4 cup soy sauce2 tsp mustard1 Tbsp vegetable oil2 cooked chicken breasts, shredded into thin strips or cubed3 cups cooked rice, white or brown
Directions
1. Blend together soy sauce, mustard, and oil.
2. Add shredded or cubed chicken and toss
3. Let stand, covered, in the refridgerator for 1 hour
4. Cook rice shortly before the hour is up, and then mix with the chicken and enjoy! Can be served hot or cold.
