Directions
1 Tea Bag1/4 cup Milk3 tsp Sugar
Place Tea, Water, and Milk in a 8oz microwavable cup. Heat 1 minute on high.
I like my Tea very sweet so I use 3 tsp sugar, but you may sugar to taste.
I also use Taj Mahal or Red Label Tea (Brooke Bond) from India. It's a nice sweet treat and gives you a little pep for those who may not want the caffeine you can substitue a herbal tea or green tea.
Also you may adjust Milk to taste, less milk gives a stronger tea flavor and more milk makes it more smooth.
ENJOY!
