Ingredients
3/4 c. All-purpose flour3/4 c. White Wheat Flour3/4 c. Oat Bran2 tsp. Baking soda1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon1/2 tsp. salt2 1/2 tsp. ground ginger1/2 c. white sugar1 1/4 c. soymilk1/3 c. Vegetable Oil1 tsp. vanilla1/2 c. Crystallized ginger, chopped1/2 c. Golden Raisins
Directions
Standard operating muffin procedure:

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.

Mix dry and wet ingredients separately, combine, spoon into muffin cups 3/4 full, cook at 400 for 20-22 mins. Enjoy!
