Ingredients
Cabbage, fresh, 1 head, large Olive Oil, Extra Virgin, 2 tbsSalt, 1 tspGarlic, 2 clovesOnions, raw, 1 smallWater, 1 Cup
Directions
Wash & cut up cabbage into managable pieces. Put into deep, oven-safe dish. Add olive oil, salt, garlic and onions. Pour water in dish and cover entire dish with alluminum foil. Bake for about 1 hour. Makes about 10- 1/2 Cup servings.
