White Chili

Ingredients
Chicken Breast, no skin, 24 ounces whipping cream*, 16 tbsp (8 oz)light sour cream, 14 tbsp (8 oz)99% fat free chicken broth, 6 cup cannellini beans, 7 cup diced green chilies, 10 tbsp (1 - 4 oz. can)Onions, raw, 4 tbsp chopped 1 t. salt1 t. cumin1 t. dried oregano1/4 t. pepper1/4 t. red pepper
Directions
Brown chicken and onions in sprays of olive oil and add garlic powder, mix well. Add chicken broth, spices, beans and chilies. Raise to a boil and simmer for 30 minutes. Take off heat and add whipping cream and sour cream.
