Easy Potato Soup

Ingredients
1 - 28 oz bag frozen potatoes o'brien3 - 10 oz cans chicken broth1 - envelope Pioneer No-Fat Country gravy
Directions
Pour 2 1/2 cans of chicken broth in soup pot and add potatoes. Bring to a boil.
Dissolve gravy mix in remaining 1/2 can of chicken broth and add to potato mixture.
Simmer 10 minutes.

Makes 8 - 1 cup servings
