Chili Soup

2 lbs lean ground beef, browned & drained2 cans red kidney bean (10 3/4 oz each)1 large onion, diced32 oz tomato sauce3 cups water3 Tbsp chili powder1/2 tsp oregano
Cook onion and ground beef over medium high heat until meat is browned.
Drain off excess grease.
Add beans and tomato sauce and stir.
Add water and stir.
Add chili powder and oregano and stir.
Simmer for 30-45 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Salt and pepper to taste.
Makes 8 1 1/2 cup servings.
