1 pck cream cheese1/3/ cup sugar2 tsps lemon juice2 cups bisquick1 3 oz pck cream cheese1/4 cup butter or marg1/3 cup milk2 tbls sugar1/2 tsp cinnimon1 can 21oz apple pie filling1/4 cup walnuts
Heat oven to 425F. Lightly grease cookie sheet. In medium bowl, beat 8 oz cream cheese, 1/3 cup sugar, the lemon juice on med speed til smooth. reserve. In large bowl add bisquick and cut in cream cheese and margarine til crumbley. stir in milk. Place dough on surface well sprinkled with bisquick mix, roll in bisquick mix to coat. Knead 8 to 10 times. Roll dough into 12x8 rectangle. Place on cookie sheet. Spread reserved cream cheese mixture down center of dough. Make cuts 21/2 inch long at 1 inch intervals on 12 inch sides of rectangle. fold strips over filling, overlapping strips in small bowl mix 2 tbls of suger with cinnamon, sprinkle over top. bake 12 to 15 minutes, cool 10 min, carefully remove to cooling rack to cool completely. Spoon pie filling down center of coffee cake, sprinkle with nuts. Store in fridge.
