Cookie's Tex-mex Hamburger Casserol

Ingredients
1 lb. lean ground beef1 cup chopped onion1 cup chopped green pepper1 10 oz. can of cream of mushroom soup1 cup beef broth1/2 pkg. Latino corn/bean mix1/4 Salsasalt & pepper to taste1 cup grated reduced fat cheese
Directions
Brown the ground beef with onions & green peppers. Mix in remaining ingredients except for the cheese. Pour into casserole dish and top with grated reduced fat cheese. Bake at 350 until bubbly, approx. 30 mins.
