Tilapia w/ Rice, Lentils, Bok Choy, Bell Pepper

Ingredients
1 Box Near East Sesame Ginger Rice1 c dry lentils (cooked)1 Bok Choy (1 lb raw)1 Yellow PepperOlive Oil for cooking
Directions
Cook rice per directions on box. Cook lentils (25 min). Clean Bok Choy. Saute yellow pepper, adding Bok Choy after pepper is 1/2 way cooked. Meanwhile, bake tilapia (grill or broil as you like).
Mix rice and lentils together, adding other spices as you like. Serve Tilapia with sauteed bok choy and pepper, and rice/lentil mixture.
