Chicken spinach Quinoa Fusilli

Ingredients
1/4 cup of cooked chicken tenders seasoned with a no salt added McCormick Herb Medley1/2 tsp olive oil2 tbsp chopped onion1 clove garlic chopped1 cup spanish1/4 cup of tomato sause56 grams Gogo Quinoa Fusilli
Directions
Cook fusilli according to directions on package.
meanwhile in non stick frying pan heat oil on med heat, add onion and garlic - sautee slightly. Add spinach cook until wilted. Add tomatoe sauce.
Pour over cooked fusilli add cooked chicken cubed. Sprinkle parmesan over top. Makes 1 serving
