Potato, Corn & Ham Chowder

Ingredients
7 cups peeled and diced potatoes 2/3 cup diced celery 2/3 cup finely chopped onion 1.5 cup diced cooked ham 2 -12 oz (341 ml) cans corn4 cups chicken broth (sodium reduced)2 cups water 2 tablespoons chicken bouillon granules 1/2 teaspoon salt, or to taste 1 teaspoon ground white or black pepper, or to taste 5 tablespoons butter 10 tablespoons all-purpose flour 2 cups 1% milk
Directions
Spray pot with cooking spray. Add onion, celery, and ham. Cook until onions are translucent. Add the chicken broth, water, potatos and corn. Cook for approx. 15 minutes.

Melt butter in microwave. Whisk in flour with a fork, Slowly whisk in milk as not to allow lumps to form until all of the milk has been added.
Stir the milk mixture into the soup pot and cook soup until thickened. Serve immediately.
