My quickie salad

Ingredients
Half a cup of lettuce, shreddedHalf a tomato (medium size)1 spear of asparagus (5" long)Half cup of chopped carrots1/4 cup of tuna
Directions
Just chop everything, add olive oil, and I add garlic powder instead of salt. Mix it and enjoy it!
