Chicken Tortilla Rollup

Ingredients
3 oz Tyson frozen chicken breast strips (I like the southwest flavor)1 or 2 Tbsp scallions/green onions sliced2 tsp garlic salt1.5 tsp cumin1 tsp chili powder1 8" flour tortilla2 cherry tomatoes sliced1 wedge laughing cow light original swiss cheese(or any of the flavors) (seperated w/a knife into small pieces)1 jumbo black olive diced
Directions
Take a skillet sprayed with cooking spray, add the chicken and the scallions. Cook for 8 minutes on medium heat, till chicken is cooked through, adding your spices while cooking. Take your tortilla and pop it in the microwave for 10 seconds (this will soften it up, so it's easier to roll). Put chicken, tomatoes, black olives, and laughing cow cheese in tortilla and roll up. Enjoy! (You can add any ingredients that you would like, to suit your liking, but these I find go quite well together! Eat with some fresh fruit, or cottage cheese, and you have a quite filling meal!) Serves 1
