Apple Zucchini bread - mini loaf

4 cups flour3 tsp baking soda1 1/2 tsp cinnamon1/2 tsp nutmeg1/4 tsp salt5 eggs1 1/2 C. Vegetable oil2 C. Sugar1 C. Brown sugar1 tsp vanilla2 C. Shredded zcchini1 C. grated pealed apples
combine flour, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg and salt. In another bowl, beat egges until frothy. Add the oil, sugars and vanilla; beat until blended. Stir into dry ingredients just until moistened. Fold in the zucchini and apples.
Bake in greased petite loaf pans at 350 for 30 minutes.
