1 can chunk light tuna in water2 medium eggs1 reduced fat string cheese1/4 teaspoon garlic powder1/4 teaspoon Tabasco jalapeno sauce1/8 teaspoon paprika1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
Drain tuna and place in small frying pan over med-low heat. Cook for 2-3 minutes or until pinkness disappears. Mix eggs, garlic powder, Tabasco sauce, paprika and black pepper in bowl. Pour egg mixture over tuna and top with pieces of string cheese. Cover and let cook until eggs are set and cheese melts. Makes 2 servings
