Pork loin and acorn squash

Ingredients
pork tenderloin2 acorn squash peeled and chopped into cubes..5 c brown sugar2 tbsp of smart balance butter1/2 teaspoon orange zest and 1 tbsp of oj1/2 teaspoon of salt1/4 tsp of pepper
Directions
add all ingredients to slow cooker on low, cook for four hours. For portion control: remove loin, divide into fourths. Mash squash and serve 2/3 cup per person.
