Stuffed Shells with Tofu

Ingredients
Directions
1 package stuffing shells1 cup ricotta cheese1 package tofu1/4 cup mozzarella cheese1 package frozen spinachItalian herbs to taste Pasta sauce
Boil pasta according to directions on box.
Make filling:
Mix tofu (crumbled), ricotta, spinach (thawed, drained), mozzarella and spices.
Spread some sauce on bottom of casserole dish or 9x13 baking pan.
Stuff shells and place in casserole dish/pan.
Cover with sauce.
Bake about 35 minutes at 350
