Ingredients:Pepper, black, 0.12 tsp Mayonnaise, regular (mayo), 0.48 cup Chicken Breast (cooked), no skin, roasted, 12 ounces Apples, fresh with skin, 0.48 cup, quartered or chopped Alfalfa sprouts, 1.02 cup Celery, raw, 0.24 cup, diced Onions, raw, 0.24 cup, choppedWalnuts, 0.48 cup, chopped Croissant, 6 croissant, medium
Mix all ingredients together, and chill for 20 minutes. Slice croissants and fill with chicken mixture. Add leaf of lettuce if desired to croissant.
