Very quick barbecue tofu and rice with black beans

Ingredients
1.5 cups cooked rice1 10.5 oz. black beans drained and rinsed1/3 cup barbecue sauce1/4 cup water2 blocks of tofu cut into 1/2 inch pieces (4 cups)
Directions
1. In a 2 quart sauce pan, stir together the rice and beans. Add the barbecue sauce and water. Stir until combined. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally. 10 minutes or until heated through.
2. Stir in the tofu and cook until heated through, about 2 minutes longer
