Pasta Casserole

Ingredients
12 oz pasta1 packet McCormick's spaghetti mix4t minced garlic1.2 lb ground turkey2 eggs8 oz diced mushrooms2 C shredded mozzarelli cheese8 oz lite sour cream16 oz light cottage cheese1 large diced onion15 oz can tomato sauce15 oz can diced tomatoes - drained
Directions
Cook pasta according to box directions, drain, and set aside. Cook turkey, garlic, onion, and mushrooms until turkey is brown and drain. In a large bowl, combine sour cream, cottage cheese, mozzarelli cheese, tomato sauce, diced tomatoes and McCormick's spaghetti mix. Stir until mixed. Add pasta and turkey mixture and stir well. Pour into a baking dish and bake at 350 for 35 minutes.
