Flaxseed pancakes

Ingredients
1 C Flour1/2 C Granulated Sugar1/2 C Brown Sugar3 Tblsp. Corn Starch3 Tblsp Ground Flax Seed1 tsp. Salt1.5 C Water
Directions
Mix all dry ingredients together, add oil and water. Mix thoroughly. Cook in non-stick frying pan.

Makes 8 pancakes. Serving size based on 2pancakes per serving.
