Banana Muffins

Ingredients
1 1/4 cup flour1/2 cup rolled oats1 tsp baking powder1 tsp baking soda1/2 tsp salt1 egg1/2 cup sugar1/3 cup oil1 1/2 cup bananas, mashed (3-4)
Directions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Combine flour, rolled oats, baking powder, baking soda and salt. In a separate bowl, beat egg, sugar, oil, and bananas together. Add to dry ingredients. Stir until moistened. Pour into cupcake pan, filling each cup about 2/3 full. Bake for about 20 minutes or until an inserted toothpick comes out clean. Makes 12 muffins.
