Southern Salmon Croquettes

Ingredients
Pink Salmon (canned), 1 can Egg, fresh, 2 large Yellow Mustard, 3 tsp *Lemon Juice, 1 fl oz Granulated Sugar, 1 tsp Worcestershire Sauce, 5 tsp Pepperidge Farm Stuffing, 1 cup Pepperidge Farm Stuffing, 0.75 cup Crystal Hot Sauce, 3 tsp
Directions
This recipe will make 10-15 2 inch patties. Mix all the ingredients in a large bowl. For better mixture use hands. Make the patties round and about 1/4 inch thick. Heat up oil in a deep pan. Put Place patties in until the bottom of pan is covered. Cook on medium heat. Cook until golden brown on both sides. Use paper towel to drain grease. Serve warm. Keep refrigerated after serving. Good for 3-7days after serving
