Ingredients
1/2 Tablespoon dry yeast1/2 cup plus 1 Tablespoon warm water1 1/2 cup all-purpose flour1/4 teaspoon salt1/4 teaspoon sweet and low
Directions
Dissolve yeast in warm water and let sit about 5 minutes. Add flour,sweetener, and salt to yeast mixture;stir until a soft dough forms. Knead dough about 5 minutes until smooth and elastic.Place in medium bowl coated with non-stick spray and allow to rise in a warm place, approximately 35 minutes or until doubled. Punch dough down,cover and let rest 10 minutes. Preheat ovent o 450. Roll out dough and bakefor 7 minutes. Add desired sauce and toppings (calorie count not included) and bake at 450 for another 14-17 minutes. Cut into 8 slices.
