1 C Flour1 C Whole Grain Flour1/2 C Sugar1 Cup Milk1/4 C Butter4 tsp. baking powder
Combine all dry ingredients and mix thoroughly. Slice butter into small pieces, add to the dry mixture, and mix with your hands until it resembles the size of small peas. Add milk and combine until all dry ingredients are blended . Transfer onto a well floured baking sheet and knead for approximately 3 minutes. Roll dough to the size of a small plate and about 1 inch thick. Cut biscuits to a 3-inch size, place on ungreased baking sheet, and bake at 450 degrees for about 15 minutes. Serves 9.
