Turkey and Beef Mini Meatloafs

Ingredients
1 lb ground turkey1 lb ground beef1 onion, chopped3/4 cup seasoned bread crumbs2 eggs3/4 cup catsup
Directions
Chop Onion and add to ground turkey and beef. Mix all ingredients together.

Next, separate into 12 same-size portions and roll into balls. Spray baking pan with canola or olive oil spray (lightly) and place balls into pan. Put 1 Tablespoon of catsup on each Mini Meatloaf. Cook at 350 for 40 minutes. Remove from oven and let sit for 5 minutes. Eat one for dinner or lunch and enjoy!
