Whole wheat Spaghetti

Ingredients
1lb of ground turkey, extra lean, 1 jar 16 oz ragu Chucky style tom, garlic, and onion sauce1/2 box of 1lb box of whole wheat spaghetti pasta
Directions
First put on a pot of water for the spaghetti, Heat up a skillet for the turkey spray with pam or your choice of oil spray. Place turkey in skillet crumble and cook until no longer pink. pour jar of sauce over and let simmer. cook spaghetti according to the package. When done drain the put back in pan and pour meat mixture over and toss until coated heat until hot serve with a tpss salad. w italian dressing.
