Hummus

Ingredients
1 can chick peas, drained, reserving 1/3 cup liquid3 Tbs. lemon juice1/2 cup sesame seed1 garlic clove, crushed1 tsp. saltChopped fresh parlsey
Directions
1. Place beans, reserved liquid, lemon juice, sesame seed, stoppiing blender occasionally to scrape sides if necessary, unitl uniform consistency.

2. Spoon dip into serving dish, Sprinkle with parsley. Serve with pita or veggies.
