1 Cup fresh Broccoli, chopped1 Cup chopped onion1 Cup chopped cabbage1 Cup chopped carrots1 Cup sliced zucchini1Tbsp Garlic powder1 Tbsp Ginger, ground2 Tbsp Lite soy sauce2 Tbsp Asian Seseme Dressing4 Cups Wild Rice (cooked)
Coat large skillet or wok with olive oil. Mix in all ingredients (except rice). Allow to cook, stirring occasionally, until vegetables are bright and just tender.
Place 1 cup of rice with 2 cups of vegetables on top. Salt to taste.
