Low Fat Mashed Potatoes

Ingredients
6 small potatoes, sliced3 cloves garlic1 cup chicken broth1 tsp salt1/2 tsp black pepper
Directions
Put sliced potatoes and whole garlic cloves in saucepan, cover with water. Bring to a boil and simmer for 20-25 minutes. Drain water, and add salt and pepper. Mash with chicken broth until desired consistency is reached.
