Pico de Gallo

Ingredients
4 Ripe Plum Tomatoes chopped2 Jalapenos Peppers diced1/3 cup cilantro or ~ 5 T. Cilantro chopped1/4 cup Red onionJuice of 1 lime2 Cloves Garlic chopped1/4 teas salt and pepper
Directions
Dice or chop all vegetables and mix well in a large bowl. Store in Refrigerator for 7 - 10 days.

Makes 2 generous cups.

Additions: Add 4 more Plum tomatoes to make a mild Pico de Gallo.
