Black Bean Soup

Ingredients
2 Cans black beans (drained)2 cups frozen corn1 16 oz jar salsa1 cup chicken broth1/4 c. chopped green onion1 tsp cumin
Directions
Drain both cans of black beans. Mash 1/2 can of black beans for thicker soup.

Add all ingredients in large pot and bring to simmer.

Simmer for 20 minutes.

Garnish with lt sour cream or cheese if desired. Goes great with tortillas for a nutritious lunch!
