2 lbs round steak1/2 cup flour1 Tbsp Lowrys Seasoned Salt2 Tbsp Olive Oil1 can Cream of Mushroom soup1 cup water
Trim all fat from meat and cut into manageable pieces.
Mix the salt into the flour and coat each piece of meat. Brown steak in the olive oil in a skillet on the stove.
Place meat and pan scrapings into a slow cooker with the soup and water.
Cook on high for 3-4 hours. Makes 4 servings.
