Pork & mushroom bake

Ingredients
6 center cut boneless pork chops1/2 cup chopped onion2 cans fow-fat cream of mushroom soup1/2 cup white winesalt & pepper
Directions
Braise the pork chops in pan sprayed with Pam to slightly brown.
Transfer to slowcooker and cover porkchops with onions. Mix cream of mushroom soups with white wine and cover chops. Slow cook 6 - 8 hours until chops fork-tender. Serve over brown rice or whole wheat noodles.
