Slow Cooker Chipotle Chicken Stew

Ingredients
1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breast, cut into cubes1 tsp salt1 tsp ground cumin 1 bay leaf1 chipotle pepper in adobo sauce, minced1 medium onion diced1 can (15 ounces) navy beans, rinsed and drained1 can (15 ounces) black beans, rinsed and drained1 can (14.5 ounces) crushed tomatoes, undrained1.5 cups chicken broth1/2 cup orange juice
Directions
1. combine all ingredients in a 3- 6- quart crock pot.
2. Cover. Cook on low for 7 to 8 hours, or on high for 3/5 to 4 hours. Remove bay leaf before serving.
