2 small unpeeled apples cut into chunks1 large orange cut into chunks2 med. stalkes of celery sliced in chunks1 Minature box of raisons2 TB fat free yogurt2 TB Fat free Miracle Whip2 TB raw onion chopped1 TB splenda1/2 Tsp "Cinnamon
Put apple, orange and celery chunks in a bowl. Toss in raisins and onions. In a seperate bowl stir until smooth the fat free plain yogurt and the fat free Miracle whip. Once smooth stir in the splenda and cinnamon. You could also add about a TB of nuts however I am doing this to keep the calorie content low. Pour dressing over the chunks mix until covered and chill for about an hour jprior to serving giving the salad time to meld with the dressing.
