Asian spinach Pasta Salad

Ingredients
3 cups of fresh spinach8 oz bow tie pasta (cooked and cooled)1/2 cup sunflower seeds1/2 cup chopped scallions3 chicken breasts - seasoned heavily with lemon pepper gilled and cut into bite sized pieces 1 cup of bean sproutsDressing:1/5 Canola oil1/2 sugar (could use splenda)1 tsp salt1 tsp sesame oil3 tbsp soy sauce 2 tbsp rice vinegar1 tsp fresh chopped garlic Store in fridge - return to room temp before combined.
Directions
Toss together all the ingredients, drizzle the dressing over the pasta salad and enjoy!

I would recommend serving some fresh baked bread - or rolls with it :-)
