sausage with potatoes and onions

Ingredients
1 medium onion, coarsely chopped5 medium red potatoes, sliced1 clove garlic, minced2 sausage links (ex. kielbasa), sliced1 Tbsp canola oilsaltpepper
Directions
* Heat oil in large skillet over medium heat
* Add garlic, onions, potatoes, dash of salt and pepper
* Cook vegetables for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally
* Add sausage and cook for 3 minutes, stirring occasionally
* Cover, stir occasionally until all potatoes are soft and cooked
